I began my career as a teacher after earning a degree in Education, and while that chapter of my life looks different on paper from what I do today, it shaped everything about how I work. Teaching gave me a deep understanding of communication, organization, and how to create systems that help people move forward. Those are the exact skills that make me effective behind the scenes of a coaching business.

After transitioning into the online space, I discovered virtual assistance and social media management — and more importantly, I discovered that coaches were struggling with the exact problems I was built to solve. They had powerful messages, committed clients, and growing audiences. But their backend was a mess. Their content was inconsistent. Their leads were slipping. And they were burning out trying to hold it all together themselves.

That's when I decided to specialize. Not general virtual assistance, but strategic, systems-focused support designed specifically for coaching businesses. Over the past three years, I've worked with life coaches, business coaches, parenting coaches, and wellness coaches, managing their social media, building their backend operations, setting up their CRM systems, and running their content strategy from the ground up.

My approach has always been the same: structure before scale. I don't believe in adding more until the foundation is solid. The coaches I work with don't just get tasks completed. They get a business that runs with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

I started The Social VA because I wanted to build something that reflected that philosophy, a VA practice that goes deeper than task management and actually helps coaches build the infrastructure their growth deserves.
